We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. You can also bring your invoice or receipt to any Sabhyaa store for quick returns and exchanges.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.
Returns and Credit Notes
- All purchases on full price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only. Products bought on sale can be exchanged for size based on availability. In event of the product not being available we will issue a credit note for the same.
- All Bags are considered Final Sale. No Exchange or Credit Note will be provided against it.
- Clearance sales are final sale. No size / style exchange / credit note / refunds will be entertained.
- Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
- All products must be in its original unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached, in order to receive a credit note.
- In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note.
- The voucher/ credit note must be used within 3 months / 90 days from the date of issue.
- In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 86 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt
All domestic orders will take about 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request
Free shipping is only applicable on offer only.
Sabhyaa insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by www.sabhyaa.in and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
