Eligibility for Returns

Sabhyaa Home, Bath and Table Linen products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and follow the ‘How to Initiate a Return’ steps.

Sabhyaa Apparel is eligible for return for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.

Condition for Return

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused.

How to Initiate a Return

    Email us at enquiries@sabhyaa.in or call our customer care team at +91-9606391281 within 7 days of receiving
    the product. Please provide:

    • Order Number.
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the product (if applicable).
  • 2. Approval Process

    Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Policy

In the rare instance we are unable to offer a fresh piece, we will issue a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue
